Jesus said, “I tell you the truth. Today you will be with me in paradise.” Are you going to heaven? I get a lot of answers to that question. We have our lists to prove that we are good and should go to heaven. But do you know for sure? When our youngest daughter, Laura, was 16 she fell off a ski lift, injured her back and had to have surgery. She was very nervous. The surgeon came in and talked to Laura telling her what to expect, but Laura had only one question on her mind, “Am I going to die?” Dr. Jones, with great confidence said, “No, Laura, you are not going to die.” Now that satisfied her. The last person to speak to her was her mother, and Virginia asked, “Laura, you do believe in Jesus, don’t you?” To which Laura replied, “You know I believe in Jesus, but Momma you are scaring me now.” After she left, I sort of got on to Virginia asking her why she asked her that and that she got her upset. She said, “Well, just in case something were to happen, I just wanted to make sure that I would see her again in heaven.” I’m glad Virginia asked that question. I would ask it to you. Are you going to heaven? Everybody lives eternally. Jesus says, “The only way to heaven is through Me.” Is Jesus your Savior? Are you going to heaven?
