Read: Esther 4:12-16
Esther willingly gave of herself so that God could use her to accomplish His will. There was a plot to exterminate Jews. Esther was the Queen. God had put her in the position to influence the King and save the Jews, but it was risky. To go before the King uninvited could be very costly to her. What should she do? Should she look out for herself, should she try to save her own skin?

She made a decision. She said, “I’m going to do what is right. If I die, I die.” Do we have the same commitment to do what is right in all circumstances regardless of the possible consequences? Do you try to protect yourself by remaining silent rather than standing up for what is right?
Someone wrote, “It’s always right to do right. It is never wrong to do right, and it’s never right to do wrong.” Choose to do what is right and trust God for the outcome.
