We are finally on the road. We left the church this afternoon at 1:00PM. It was very hot in the parking lot as we loaded the bus. We drove to Columbus, Georgia. We stopped at Riverplace Retirement Center. We were met on the front porch by a gentleman in a Frazer shirt. He was very excited to see us. The guys set up the risers and sound equipment and the young ladies talked with some of the residents.
We then loaded up and drove on to Dublin, Georgia. We raided the Golden Corral like a swarm of locusts. It had been a long time since lunch.
Right now, we are on the road. We will be staying in Savannah tonight.
