We praised the same great God in completely different languages. I wish I could make you feel how amazing this morning was but you truly just had to be there. After church we went into the streets and met the people children came running to us and jumped on all the guys shoulders. They were all shouting the same thing….Americano! Americano! I had never seen anything like the houses that these people live in they were dark, damp, cold and usually consist of one bed and a rubber tub for washing their kids in. Music played throughout the streets every house was full of music, people were sitting around and talking spending time with one another. We went to the work sites for this week and prayed with the people for their homes we were going to help build. At our night devotion Ryan did a great job leading us in Washed in the water, How he loves us so. As we sang it was really cool to just hear each other worshipping our God.
