This trip has been a life changing experience for everyone. I have made a lot of new friends and have grown closer to the ones I had! My group was given the privilege to go His House Children’s Home twice and that was one of my favorite things. Just being with the kids and giving them the one-on-one attention they wanted was so meaningful.
The hardest part of this trip was saying our goodbyes. The kids did not want us to leave, and we didn’t want to leave them! We grew such a close relationship with the kids that you just didn’t want to say goodbye. Overall this mission trip was a trip that will have a lot of memories, and it’s one I will never forget.
