Our team completed the assigned job today of building an 8′ x 12′ deck on the future home of Ms. Pat Bryson. Needless to say, Ms. Bryson is thrilled with her home, and very thankful for the volunteers on our team, who have worked so hard to bring this to a reality for her. She was our guest of honor at the family night dinner sponsored by the Hinton Center tonight. We had a wonderful experience visiting with her and sharing the evening.
Our team will be traveling back to Montgomery in the morning. We will leave the Hinton Center around 9:00 A.M. Eastern time and we should arrive in Montgomery in the late afternoon. We do plan to stop on the way and see some sites of interest.
Our team has had a very positive experience here in Hayesville. The Hinton Rural Life Center is an exceptional facility for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and experiencing the love and care of God, through a volunteer program designed to serve people in need. I highly reccommend it as a place, for any and all of you, to experience the blessings of a short term mission trip. This facility is operated by the United Methodist Church as a community outreach center in this area. Volunteers come from all over the country to serve here, and to be a part of the fantastic program they have.
Our team would like to thank each of you for the prayers and support you have given us this week. We have had a wonderful trip. We have a great missions program here at Frazer and I do hope that you will get involved in it in some way. May God bless and keep each one of you in a special way.
Love,
Ron, Balkcom,John Bowlin, Tina Bowlin, Connie Daniel and Jimmy Wilson
