Today was a day of rest and recoup. We did paint a little this afternoon at the house we poured the floor in.. I have to say I have never seen anything like the pouring of concrete and I was a bit concerned about the final outcome but today when I saw it I was simply amazed. The floor looked wonderful and very professional. It never ceases to amaze me how these people use homemade tools and make the finished project look as good as we do back home with equipment. We sanded the walls with concrete pieces before we primed them today. That was a new one for me, saves money on sand paper I guess! But over all the day was great for letting our bodies recoup, they were very slow moving when we were getting out of the bed this morning. Thank you Lord for a day of rest!
