It is truly amazing to see how many different ways God can use His children to bless others here at UMCOR Sager Brown. NO ONE is unqualified. If you can give a hug, fill a box of pencils or hand someone a bag of cheese you can “give a cup of cold water in Jesus’ name.” Today about 600 seniors picked up a box of food and a bag of cheese as part of an on-going program that they qualify for based on need. The food is supplied by the Catholics and distributed monthly at UMCOR using their volunteers – some to greet, some to register, some to load cars, etc.
Please pray for us ladies as we serve the three and four year olds at Head Start tomorrow morning. Continue to lift up Alex and his construction team. They are doing a super job. He is really enjoying doing the “mud” stage now that the sheetrock is up. Any excuse to play in the mud!
